Hi, I’m Jason Berlingerio — a multidisciplinary designer specializing in graphic and digital experiences, with expertise in 3D, motion, and branding. My approach is human-first, crafting visuals that create meaningful connections while pushing the boundaries of design. With a background in marketing as well, balancing innovation while keeping the client happy is a key part of my design philosophy. When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me digging through kick drum samples in FL Studio.

UKIYO Snowboard Freelance Graphic Designer2025 

Design DirectionDrawing from the literal meaning of Ukiyo — “floating world” or “transient world” — I chose to embrace the ethereal aesthetic the term suggests. While researching through public domain archives, I discovered an old painting depicting the demoness Hariti. Once feared for the chaos she brought upon villages, Hariti later came to recognize the harm she caused and transformed. This theme of contrast and redemption served as a foundation for the color palette: from the bold red of the monogram logo pattern to the soft, calming tones of green and sky blue. These hues felt aligned with the sensibilities of the Ukiyo style, which I aimed to explore further through textured minimalism, subdued palettes, and intentional pacing — allowing space, stillness, and softness to guide the overall composition.
